4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Funds can be deposited to mcw19 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The name on the payment method must match the account name at the time of deposit — deposits from third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

New members may receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: if a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, the total balance becomes ৳2,200; in that case, ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 in wagers must be completed before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

Certain general rules apply to all bonus offers:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, which are clearly communicated at the time the bonus is claimed.
• A bonus applies to one account only at a time.
• Each bonus has a set validity period; if wagering is not completed within that period, the bonus may be cancelled.

Cashback on weekly net losses applies at each level: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum and 1.2% at Diamond. mcw19 reserves the right to suspend VIP benefits if VIP status is abused.

6. Gaming Rules and Restrictions

All games and betting activities on mcw19 must be conducted in accordance with the established rules. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bot or automated method to operate games.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses as a group or in a coordinated manner.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform or attempting to hack it.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or engaging in offensive conduct toward other users.

If an incorrect amount is credited or won due to a technical error, mcw19 reserves the right to correct the discrepancy. No objection from the user will be accepted in such cases.
